Spider

A slow-moving, sombre investigation into mental illness. The film focuses on a man with a troubled childhood. After he moves into a halfway house from a mental hospital, he begins to have flashbacks to his childhood. We join him as he experiences the breakup of his family life, and his problems with dealing with his new mom. There is a ''twilight zone'' element involved as well.

Ian Douglas: This is definitely one for the art crowd. We left after 45 minutes, the story is extremely slow and intense. We were bored.
