This kiddie treat picks up the story shortly after the end of the original. Mowgli is living with a family in a village, where he has a bratty step brother and a nice female friend. However, he misses the jungle, and his friends there. One night, Baloo comes to visit him, and they go back to the forest. The other two kids follow them, and everyone has assorted adventures similar to the first movie, before they finally deal with Sher Khan.

Ian Douglas: If you enjoyed the original movie, you should enjoy this one, since it offers more of the same.
Most of the wacky characters are back, and a few new ones. Not as many songs as the first one, so it's a bit shorter.
