Set during World War II, this spooky story takes place aboard an American submarine. They pick up three survivors from a sunken British Hospital ship. One of the survivors is a woman. Before long, however, it is clear that there is something weird going on aboard the boat. The men blame the woman for bringing bad luck, but she and a junior officer slowly come to realise that there is a reason -- a supernatural one -- for the incidents. As the death toll rises and air runs out, they battle to find the truth.

Ian Douglas: This is basically Yet Another ''Who Dies Next'' haunted house / ghost story. The supernatural plays a big
part, allowing Hollywood to get away with all sorts of nonsense. It offers nothing new except the setting, which hardly
justifies trotting off to see it. They ''cheated'' a bit in production (ie not doing shots which would have cost money,
like sinking a ship), probably due to budget constraints, but it helps lower
the quality of the whole thing.
