Our hero is busy working off a debt that his dead brother owed to a local gangster. He decides to throw a loud party in a disco next to a bank, and then break into the bank while the disco is going full blast. However, there are several unexpected problems in the way, ranging from the disco owner, his ex, a rival gangster, and a randy sixteen-year-old.
