A remake of the 1936 ''Mr. Deeds Goes to Town'', our hero is a simple open-hearted country chap, aspiring to write poetry on greeting cards. One day, a long lost uncle dies and leaves him a forty billion dollar fortune and business empire. So Mr. Deeds reluctantly moves to New York to take charge, where he meets two problems: the second-in-charge of the company would like to be Number One, and a female reporter wants a scoop on the whole situation.
