Two fishermen are the best of pals. Each has a sister. One of the sisters falls for the other fisherman, while the other sister longs for the bright lights of the city and falls for a young man from the city. After he gets her pregnant, he dumps her. At this point, her brother's friend asks him to marry his sister, since she is in love with him. In turn, her brother, mindful of her condition, asks his best friend to marry his pregnant sister... which is a problem as the friend is in love with another woman...
