While investigating a serial murder case, an FBI agent is visited by a young man claiming to be the killer's brother. He recounts how, many years ago, his dad decided that there were demons walking around on earth looking like people, and that it was up to the three of them to identify and murder these demons. And so they start the grisly task, which makes up most of the movie, until the sudden twists in the tale...
