In some ways a black version of Austin Powers... our hero is a conspicuous black man, with a wardrobe from the 1970s (platform shoes, afro hairstyle), who is roped in by The Brotherhood, a black advancement organisation, to find out why The Man (white, naturally) has sabotaged the presidential aspirations of a retired black general. As such, the scene is set for taking the mickey out of both white and black culture.
