The Rookie
This film is based on a true story about a middle-aged man who finally got
to pitch for one of the Major baseball teams in the US. A
science teacher and baseball coach makes a deal with his team:
if they win the championship, he'll try out for the Majors. An
old injury, now healed, had cut short his previous career. Naturally,
