Baise-Moi

This controversial film finally arrives here. It tells the tale of two woman -- one a prostitute tired of being hassled by her customers, and the other a street kid who survived a gang rape. They meet, and are soon off on a crime-and-murder spree, targetting mostly men. They also take time off for some R+R. If the man performs to their satisfaction, he gets to live. The film was originally banned here, but passed on appeal, with some enforced changes, like the title must remain in French (the English translations are either vulgar or offensive), the poster has a stern warning, and it won't go to video or DVD. The film is banned in several other countries. Senstive viewers are warned to stay away.
