In some ways similar to the recent ''Lumumba'', this film takes a look at the brief life of Bhagat Singh, a young man executed by the British in India in 1938. From their point of view he was a revolutionary troublemaker, from the Indian's point of view he was a hero who exposed the barbaric nature of the British government.
