A cop is on the trail of a serial killer who has already killed nine people. The tenth turns out to be the cop's girlfriend, which sends him into a state of serious despair. He decides to spend some time at a ''de-tox'' bunker for policemen, to recover. Before long however, people start getting killed there too...
