In this time-travelling comedy, our hero and his assistant are transported from the 12th century to the 21st, after a spell misfires. The spell was intended to get them out of a spot of bother, as he had accidentally killed his beloved. Not to worry, they soon meet up with a lookalike, who happens to be one of his future descendants. Now, in addition to coming to grips with modern life, they need to find a way to get back home to the 12th century...
