A man and a woman meet by chance one day, and spend a few hours together. They enjoyed each other's company so much that they are reluctant to part, but they must, since they both have significant others. As a test of fate, they send their names and phone numbers into the universe, deciding that if one should find the other's, then they were meant to be together. Now, several years later, both are heading for the chapel, but still there is that nagging longing tugging at their heartstrings...
Ian Douglas: Pleasant fluff. It doesn't know whether to take its own premise seriously at time. Beckinsale looking much older than
in recent outings, while Cusack occasionally reminds of ''Pushing Tin''. Decent date movie.
Tanya Claxton (24): As a fan of romantic movies, this was disappointing. The chemistry was not there and the plot was actually quite irritating. John Cusack was as always perfection.
