Set a few years back during the conflict in Bosnia, two American airman are shot down while deviating on a routine surveillance mission. They have to escape across the treacherous countryside, while at the same time keeping ahead of the Serbs after their blood. Their commander, meanwhile, is battling beaurocratic red tape in an effort to launch a rescue mission. Reviews for this ''ra-ra America'' movie have been mixed.
