A man is admitted to a psychiatric asylum after claiming that
he is not from Earth, but a visitor from a planet 1000 light
years away. This intrigues his doctor, who devotes considerable
energy to unravelling the mystery -- is his patient nuts, or is
he telling the truth? The evidence favouring his alien status
piles up as he goes about healing people with incurable diseases
and displaying powerful mental abilities.
