Don't Say a Word

The setup is a little complicated... our hero is a psychiatrist, treating a young woman. Ten years ago, her father had stolen some money from the baddie. Said baddie now kidnaps our hero's daughter, demanding in exchange a certain 6-digit number which the doctor's patient has somewhere inside her head. The number is the key to him getting his money back, and the doctor getting his daughter back...

Nancy (27): Good Psychological Thriller. Use of colour, scenery and decor very effective. Good dialogue (clean). Slightly predictable but never the less, an enjoyable ride! Definitely recommended viewing. (Especially if you enjoy a bit of action with your thrills.)

Martin Neethling (20): Very interesting storyline and excellent acting by Micheal Douglas. Also very good supporting acting.

Barry Myburgh (57): Overall the movie was enjoyable - even if it's credibility suffered at times as the ''baddies'' rolled out technology everywhere until they needed it most. Was it really necessary for Michael Douglas to be the super psychiatrist as well as the super dad and ''all American hero''? Nice trick with the number -- but it was anticipated.

Angela White (29): I thought it was a wonderful and suspenseful movie and will watch it again!
