The Musketeer
Another remake/spinoff of the classic Dumas tale of the
Three Musketeers, this time more focussed on the fourth one who
joined them. Set in the time of upheaval in France, our hero
is on a life-quest to exact justice on the baddie, a bigshot,
who killed his parents when he was just a little boy. Along
the way he has romance and lots of action adventures while
also saving France from political ruin.105 minutes, No persons under 10 (Violence). Action, Drama. You can usually find additional (copyrighted) pictures, trailers, etc, on the Official Site. |

Ian Douglas: This film seems to be aimed at a younger audience, specifically pre-teen boys. The action concentrates more on Jackie Chan style escapades rather than the traditional swordplay common to movies set in this era. There is some witty dialogue and one-liners to entertain the adults in the audience.
