After Arnie doubled himself last year in ''The Sixth Day'', J-C van Damme had to do the same... In this tale, which appears to have gone straight to video overseas, a cop has been trailing a vicious serial killer unsuccessfully for years. After the cop retires, a spook approaches him with a novel approach to catching the killer. They have managed to clone the killer from a hair he left behind. They think that if the cop works with this clone (the Replicant) the clone will eventually remember things about his original, and show the cops how to catch him...
