In this family movie, a gang of cats decide to take over the world. The main obstacle in their path is of course the dogs, well known as mans' best friend. To make matters worse, some scientists come up with a cure for dog allergies, which will cement the bond between man and dog. So the cats decided they need to steal this cure, as the first step to world domination.
