A talented man has moved into a cave in a park, after losing his mind. One day, he finds a frozen body outside his cave. The cops decide the death was accidental and wash their hands on the matter. He, however, is convinced that it was a murder and takes it upon himself to solve the mystery. As such, he comes across as a bumbling detective (see: Columbo) as he worms his way into the upper levels of society to find the murderer.
