The Long Run

In this new South African film, an elderly German immigrant, who has been coaching runners for 30 years, is replaced by a young black man. Getting to grips with his empty life, he comes across a talented young black woman runner, whom he decides needs his help. She accepts, as she risks being deported. We follow their relationship over the course of a year, as their different agendas play out.
