Dr. Dolittle 2
Dr Dolittle, the man who talks to animals, is challenged
by a beaver with ''family'' connections to stop a deforestation
project, and so save the habitat of the wild animals. His only
hope is in getting a circus bear to hit it off with the female
bear living in the woods, make some babies, and thus provide
a legal reason to prevent the destruction of the forest. This
is not so simple, as said circus bear is way too civilised and
a real City Gent, and finds roughing it in the woods rather, well,
rough. And the lady bear is of course not impressed -- she
needs a real ''he bear'' to satisfy her...94 minutes, Parental Guidance. Animals, Comedy. You can usually find additional (copyrighted) pictures, trailers, etc, on the Official Site. |

Ian Douglas: Well, it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, given that I don't like Murphy's exaggerated style of acting. Most of the humour is okay, except for the mandatory (in this type of film) smelly toilet scene. No doubt it will do wonders at the box office...
Andrea Herman (15): The movie was hilarious!! Eddie Murphy and the animals were a barrel of laughs. |
