Based on the real-life rigging of the Pennsylvania State Lottery in 1980, this comedy starts with our luckless hero, a TV weatherman, in financial trouble. He is so desperate for cash that he reluctantly agrees to a scheme to rip off the televised state lotto draw with the aid of the station's bubbly lotto girl and a crooked strip club owner. Naturally, Murphy also comes along for the ride and things quickly begin to go wrong...
