In this kiddie comedy, Agent 11, a dog, is put into the witness protection program to protect him from some nasty gangsters. Renamed Spot, he ends up living with a postman who is looking after his ex-girlfriend's kid. Naturally the gangsters find out where Spot is hiding, the ex-girlfriend freaks and wants Spot gone, and a good time is had by all.
