Nowhere to Hide
A cops-and-robbers "buddy" movie, in the Hollywood tradition, but set and produced in Korea. Our hero, a plain-clothes
cop, is part of a team tracking down a gang which massacred an opposing gang. The cops are not much better
than the gangsters, taking delight in a bit of physical violence during arrests and interrogations. The film follows the
path of the investigation as the cops nab pheripheral characters who lead them unwillingly closer to the mastermind.Korean with English subtitles. 110 minutes, No persons under 13 (Language, Violence). Crime, Thriller. You can usually find additional (copyrighted) pictures, trailers, etc, on the .Official Site. |

Ian Douglas: The storyline has been done to death by Hollywood, but the film is interesting for its visuals and editing, which are really good. It also wins my prize for "Best use of a BeeGees song". I was surprised at the brutality of the cops, when I Korea I will be meticulous about obeying the law. It should appeal to film students for its style.
