Set in New York during the 1940s, where a well-educated hobo living in Greenwich Village becomes an overnight celebrity after being featured in New Yorker magazine. His mission in life is to compile an oral history of the world, and it is already over one million words long. The journalist who stumbled onto the story then tries to move on to other projects, but the lonely hobo does not want to end the relationship, which puts the journalist in an awkward position. As he gets to know the hobo, he uncovers a dark secret about him...
Jan Ole Kroeger (18): All in all the movie was quite enjoyable, but it had some stages where the plot did not really want to move on. One can find great comedy as well as great tragedy in the film. Worth a visit in any case.
