A little boy moves from America to a small village in Scotland, where he has trouble fitting in. He is obsessed with vampires, which leads to a lot of teasing from his classmates. Then, one night, he is visited by another little boy who happens to come from a family of vampires. They want desperately to become human, and need our hero's help in finding half of a lost amulet, which will help them become human. Problem is, there is a vampire hunter on their tail...
