This film is based on the popular fantasy role-playing board game. The Empress wants equality for all her people, whether they know magic or not. This upsets a powerful Mage, who decides to oust the Empress. A gang of adventurers get together to prevent this dastardly deed with the help of a red sceptre.
Dion Scher (26): The acting was wooden, the characters flat and the plot predictable. The movie's one redeeming feature was its special effects, so be prepared if you wish to see it. I was very dissapointed with this movie and felt the director did nothing more than give a lesson in melodrama.
