A look at drug addiction in middle-class America, as experienced by two generations of the same family. Mom, desperate to lose weight to get onto a TV show, becomes addicted to diet pills, while the youngsters, who became drug dealers as a temporary way to make some quick cash, sample their products and find them irresistable. As the weather deteriorates from summer to winter, so too does the family.

Anne Marie Alikashuak (18): This movie has got to be the greatest movie of this lifetime. It doesn't sugar coat the reality of drug abuse, it tells it like it is. I love this movie.
