A nerdy guy has the hots for a woman in his office, and, desperate to win her, he makes a deal with the devil. The devil, in the form of a voluptuous babe, grants him seven wishes in return for his soul. However, the devil has a perverse sense of humour and our poor hero's wishes, which are perfect in theory, are not so good in practice. He lurches from one bad situation to another, always managing to lose the girl, until his wishes run out...
Ian Douglas: After seeing this I felt an urge to see the original starring Peter Cook and Dudley Moore. Liz is pleasant on the eye but neither she nor Brendan are the world's greatest actor. Light diversion at best.
