The followup to the live-action version of 101 Dalmations, this film offers more of the same. Cruella has been conditioned to love doggies, and is released to work with them. Unfortunately there is a flaw in her conditioning, and she is soon back to her nasty, dog-hating self, but the dalmations are more than a match for her...
