The Watcher
Another derivative serial killer yarn. Our hero, a failed cop
on sick leave, moves cities to recover. Drowing in medicated
misery, he fails to notice that his nemesis, a serial killer,
has also changed cities and restarted his killing spree. These
two have a ''relationship'', the killer sends a photo of the
next victim to the cop, giving him a few hours to prevent
the murder. Can the cop pull himself together in time to
