An offbeat twist on the Romeo and Juliet saga sees Romeo as a Chinese cop who comes to America to avenge his brother's death. Once there, he accidentaly meets a young black woman, who happens to be the daughter of a black crime boss. It doesn't help matters much that his own family is also into crime, and both families are after a strip of waterfront property. Many killings and fights later, will love between the two triumph?
