Shanghai Noon

Nice wife, mind if I chat her up? The usual Jackie Chan fare... set in the cowboy era, Jackie arrives in the west searching for a kidnapped Chinese princess. After many adventures with the Indians and assorted baddies, he eventually finds her, leading to the final showdown with her captor. The film spoofs many western themes.

The Moviesite Fan Club comments

Ian Douglas: Very reminiscent of the old Terence Hill - Bud Spencer spaghetti westerns, with lots of fisticuffs and few deaths. In this case, add in lots of Jackie Chan style martial arts and outrageous stunts. Seems to be aimed squarely at 10 year old boys. Light, escapist fare.
