Ian Douglas: I see some reviewers thought this film brilliant, I was bored waiting for the story to start. Instead I was treated to editorial tricks, fancy camerawork and sometimes-irritating music. Most of the other medical staff did not come across as real people, being far too wacky. To spice up a dull story, the director resorts to silly tricks to invent excitement where none exists.
