Based on the Jane Austen novel, this is in essence the tale of a young woman who went to work for distant relatives as a young girl. Brought up in posh society, she is pressured into marrying a handsome and to all appearances, very suitable suitor. However her instincts refuse to let her accept him, while she secretly longs for her cousin instead. Something of a romantic comedy, perhaps for the older generation.
