Off-beat French romantic comedy. Our hero, a professional knife thrower, stops a girl from jumping off a bridge, and instead recruits her as his partner, i.e. the target. She is a nymphomaniac, having casual sex with strangers wherever she goes. The two main characters never have sex, instead getting their sexual highs from knife throwing. The plot follows the usual boy-meets-girl, boy loses girl, etc routine. In black and white, French with English subtitles.

Ian Douglas: The dialogue, and some situations, are very funny. Unusually for a romantic comedy, the film gets quite stressful at time during the knife-throwing episodes. The incredible number of coincidences, and unbelievable good luck, tend to get a bit much after a while. But I suppose it is only a film and not to be taken seriously.
Patrick Marin (25): The best movie of the year, with a biggest actress.
