A story about a good-hearted mountie who's career and love life is about to be ruined by the evil Whiplash. After having succeeded in taking over Semi-Happy Valley, Whiplash goes on a gold rush and even wins the fancy of Dudley's childhood sweetheart. Having lost almost everything that was dear to his heart, Dudley is forced to learn courage from a grubby prospector-turned-kung-fu-master and become the 'bad guy' in order to save the day.
