A chef, with little talent, struggles to support her late mother's restaurant. Her tiny restaurant faces closing until a magical crab enhances her food, and her cooking improves dramatically. She puts her emotions into her cooking and creates gourmet cuisines with unexpected results. She falls in love with an executive who's overseeing the launch of a restaurant in a fashionable New York store.
Ian Douglas: I was expecting a bomb, but was pleasantly surprised. Ok, so it's no ''Notting Hill'' but it's a good date movie and pleasant light escapist fare, with some good laughs.
Shaun Myburg: Ok, so I may well be biast on this review since I am... yes I'll say it...The Biggest SMG fan in the known universe. Having seen this one several times before it made it's way here I knew that it would not draw much of an audience, which is a shame. Simply Irrisistable (aka Vanilla Fog) is as far away from a hollywood blockbuster as you are going to get, however it has enough charm and grace to go over as a very good film. Gellar proves there is more to her acting than just kicking Vampire butt and really makes the audience feel for her. Overall the movie will not take in much at the box-office but will definitely leave the audience feeling good. As few movies do. As always... GO SEE IT!

Craig Langenhoven: A well made movie and well worth watching. Sarah Michelle Gellar is superb in this movie.

Guinevere Vos: I was surprised to find how Sarah Michell Gellar can change her image from slayer to the principal player of a romantic film. I really enjoyed it.
