Mobutu
This is a standard documentary aimed at an audience largely desensitised to the horrors of the modern world. It's a detailed account
of the rise to power of the eponymous, cynical Congolese dictator, which doesn't pull any punches in identifying his benefactors in
the CIA and European governments. It presents Mobutu as being an intellectually, if not morally complex figure.
135 minutes, Parental Guidance (Violence). .

June Koffi: I really enjoyed this film. It was informative as well as disturbing. The combination of old film clips and interviews gave you the sense of how Mobutu's character affected the country.
Mohammed S Duba: Best African documentary film ever.
Bheka Nkonyane: Revealing!
