Of course I look familiar, I was crowned Miss Jail '99.
A story about the search for truth and justice in the wake of dire disaster. Two best friends decide to celebrate their high school graduation with a trip to Bangkok. They meet a shady Australian drifter and wind up in prison on drug charges. The U.S. ambassador is uncaring, so it's up to a lawyer to fight for the girls' release in a corrupt system.
Ian Douglas: Basically a female ''buddy'' movie about the two girls. Odd how in one movie, the hero gets the death sentence, while in this one, the maximum is life for the same offence. Wonder what the Thais think of the recent spate of movies painting them as a corrupt nation.
April Willett: I never stopped crying....
Kristyn D'Amico: I like Claire Danes in this movie 'cause she is a cool girl. She is my favourite actress.
Megan Weber: Go buy the soundtrack. It's amazing, just like the movie!
