Based on the TV series ''Doug''. Doug is a 12-year-old boy who finds out that the lake around their city is being polluted by Mr Bluff, and his informant is a very friendly and innocent monster. In the meanwhile Guy makes Patti his romantic target since Guy and Patti are in charge of organizing their Valentine's Day Dance. Now Doug has to choose whether he is going to save their city or whether he is going to go after the love of his life.
