An American couple who have an awful experience with the medical system when their little boy gets sick. They are understandably outraged by this scandalous neglect, and the little boy's father exacts revenge against the people he holds responsible. For the trial, the boy's father gets a slimy lawyer brought in by a wealthy industrialist. The only problem is that the boy's father really doesn't want to be defended. Why does the industrialist want this lawyer, and why the insanity plea?
