The Mod Squad Three delinquent youths are recruited by one of LAPD's captains to pay their debt by working as undercover police operatives. Though generally effective, the kids' outlaw spirits, lack of discipline and disdain for authority earn them little support and much scorn from the rest of the department. But the captain continues to support them --until he is killed and framed for the theft of seized drugs from a police evidence locker. Craig Mackenzie: It's not the greatest movie of the year but I found it really entertaining. I might be a bit biased as I'm a Claire Danes fan but Giovanni Robisi was excellent. Entertaining is the key word and for that it gets thumbs up!
