A middle-aged construction crew foreman can't seem to control the wild, lonely streak that drives him on from one adrenaline high to the next. He spends his days climbing (cliffs or buildings), travelling light and taking jobs that anyone in their right mind would turn down on sight. His latest job is an under-the-table deal with an executive at the local power company, which has him painting a string of electrical towers across the Yorkshire Moors, not to mention racing against time to complete the task before the power gets turned back on and the towers become humming death-traps.
