French love story. A young man, brought up by his father, runs away from home after his father's death. He moves in with his half brother, who is gay, and falls in love with his female flatmate. She eventually falls for him too, but something is bugging him and he drifts into mental illness. She sticks with him, and does what she can to help him get well.
