The ninth in the series (a record for sequels?), and back to sticky diplomatic situations in deep space. Our heroes get involved in a dispute between two races, one peace-loving, the other less so. Throw in lots of spectacular space action, witty comments, and philosophy, and Jean-Luc's your uncle!
Claire Nicole: Nifty. If you havn't seen Star Trek before don't bother going to see this one because you won't understand it.
Jonathan Keytel: If you are a trekkie, it is good escapism.
Graeme Smith: Great entertainment for Trekkie fans only. Some funny dialogue and great special effects. Certainly not a 'chick flick' like some critics have stated in the US. If you liked the other Star Trek movies, you will also enjoy this one.
Shaun Myburg: A great addition to the Star Trek films and a pure delight to ''trekkies''. One thing that bothered me was the use of too many jokes, although Worf's puberty storyline was hilarious. Excellent SFX and interesting storyline makes this the most entertaining Space film...until Star Wars!
Vanessa Govender: Excellent special effects. Great stuff for all trekkies. Storyline could have been a bit better though.
Richard Heepner: Brilliant.
Guinevere Vos: Only for Star Trek fans! Me like.
Jasond Johnston: An exellent movie but it would have been better with some of the usual alien enemies.
