An interesting romantic comedy, which differs slightly from the usual formula. A nurse, alone after her boyfriend walks out on her, goes on a series of blind dates after her mother placed an ad for her in the ''singles'' columns. At the same time, our hero, a plumber trying to follow his passion -- marine biology -- has to deal with various problems like his debts, his father's gambling problems, and a fellow student who has the hots for him. They have a series of near hits before fate takes a hand and literally throws them into each others' arms.
