A love-sick unemployed writer with writer's block attends a family gathering where the object of his desires
is present. Through a tempestuous time, they eventually get a bit closer. The film has an unusual structure in
that it parodies itself - the writer is writing a movie with exactly the same plot line as what transpires in
the actual film. With different endings, however...
